An e-Visa to India is an electronic authorization document that enables foreign nationals to enter India.

Hvor lenge er mitt e-Visa gyldigt?
The validity of your visa is according to the visa type you have requested in your application form as follows:
- Tourist visa ( 30 day e-Visa) – 30 days after arrival in India. The visa must be used within 120 days (4 months) of issue.
Hvor er India e-Visa gyldig for innreise i India?
The Indian visa is valid for entry through:
- 29 designated airports: Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Thiruvananthapuram, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Cochin, Goa, Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Gaya, Jaipur, Lucknow, Trichy, Varanasi, Calicut, Mangalore, Pune, Nagpur, Coimbatore, Bagdogra, Chandigarh, Visakhapatnam, Madurai, Bhubaneswar, Port Blair and Kannur.
Når skal jeg søke om visum til India?
- – Tourist visa eVisa ( 1 year and 5 year visa) and Business visa e-Visa – You can apply for a visa 120 days before the planned date of arrival in India, and a minimum of 4 days before the date of arrival in India.
- – Tourist visa eVisa ( 30 days ) – You can apply at least 4 days before departure. For this visa, you can only start your application as early as 30 days before the date you plan to travel.

This varies depending on the type of visa you wish to apply for:
- Tourist visa ( 30 day e-Visa) – double entry, for use within 30 days of arrival. -Double enrollment will be granted within the e-visa validity period stamped on your passport.
Hva trenger jeg for å søke om e-Visa til India?
Everyone, regardless of destination, must submit these documents when applying for an e-Visa to India:
- Search photo – A recent photo of yourself, taken against a white background
